Please Read: An updated review for this dress

I wrote a previous review that indicated I never received this dress. Due to a USPS shipping error my dress did not arrive on time. The owners of LouLou Boutique graciously offered me a refund and indicated if the dress was ever received I could keep it free of charge. The dress arrived after my event but to my surprise it is just beautiful. I wrote the owner and indicated I was going to keep the dress but wanted to pay as I appreciated her offer. The boutique requested I keep the dress as an early holiday gift from them. I plan on continuing to shop at this Boutique and will support their business as they have been proven to be very ethical. I encourage anyone else to give them a chance as I found the quality of their products were wonderful
